Save the date! You are invited to attend Sustainable Morehead's 6th annual 100 mile potluck on Saturday, August 23rd at 6pm at the downtown community garden (corner of Bridge & Triplett streets). The 100 mile potluck is a gathering of people for fun and food who bring a dish made with ingredients mostly grown in a 100 mile radius. Bring a dish to share, your own plates and eating utensils. Beverages will be provided. Volunteers are needed to help with the following (email mollycarew@gmail.com to sign up):
- pickup and setup of tables and chairs before potluck
- breakdown/return of tables and chairs after potluck
- pop-up tents/canopies to provide shade
- assist with grilling of beefalo burgers
